Georgia Eaton

I am a Paralegal Apprentice currently working towards my Level 3 Paralegal qualifications with CILEx. I work in the specialist Property Litigation team, where I am able to support the senior team who manage residential leasehold disputes.

My role allows me to support the team who handle a wide range of leasehold property disputes, including Building Safety Act 2022 claims and service charge disputes. I assist with our client onboarding processes and day-to-day case management, as well as conducting research, and communicating with clients.

I began my journey at Brethertons in September 2022 as a Legal Assistant in the Property Management department, where I gained valuable experience in commercial recovery matters. In March 2024, I transitioned to the Property Litigation team to further develop my knowledge and interest in contentious leasehold property law. I am actively working towards becoming a qualified paralegal through the CILEX apprenticeship program, with the view of continuing my legal training to become a qualified lawyer.
