I have worked within a residential conveyancing team since 1999 and qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2011. I deal with a wide range of property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfer of equity, remortgages, sales of part, help to buy schemes, new build properties and shared ownership.

I also deal with matters of a complex nature including equity release schemes, adverse possession claims and reconstitution of titles.

I am also deputy Money Laundering officer providing guidance and assistance to the team to ensure that they remain complaint with the ever changing rules and practices.

Get to Know Emma

I am married with 2 children. I am an avid book collector of first edition horror books. My favourite author is Stephen King and over the years I have collected every book written by him including an original signed First Edition during a trip to America. I have also obtained a signed first edition of the late James Herbert’s last published book. In my spare time I like to take long bike rides (with a visit to a pub/café half way!) read, go to the gym and dine out.
