We sponsored and presented the Institute of Residential Property Management (IRPM) Legal Award for outstanding performance in its full membership exam to Stavros Markantonis, London East Area Manager of Millstream Management Services. Stavros was presented with the special Legal Award at the recent IRPM annual seminar.
Mark North who presented Stavros with his award, said:

The calibre of Member who has received this Award has always been extremely high which makes it a difficult Award to attain. The recipients are chosen by the Chief Examiner for IRPM and have to demonstrate an excellent understanding of the law surrounding their industry. Stavros clearly achieved this and is a very worthy winner. It was a pleasure to present him with the Award and we wish him every success in the future”.
Stavros added: "Receiving this award was a total surprise, but I am very proud to think that my exam paper was considered the best legal paper of 2017."
