The Enfranchisement and Right to Manage Awards, celebrated Excellence in the leasehold enfranchisement and right to manage industry for the 15th year on 11th July 2024 in the Leonardo Royal Hotel, St Paul’s London.
Emma Bush became Partner in the Property Litigation Team at Brethertons Solicitors in April 2024 and she specialises in contentious Residential Leasehold cases. Emma has over 9 years experience where she represents a variety of clients including freeholders, management and RTM companies, managing agents and leaseholders. Emma’s cases are listed across all levels of the judicial system in England and Wales, ranging from the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) and Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber) to the County Court, High Court, Court of Appeal and most recently the UK Supreme Court.
