Brethertons Partner, Emma Bush wins Professional of the Year

Brethertons are thrilled that Partner in Property Litigation, Emma Bush, has been awarded Professional of the Year at the Enfranchisement and Right to Manage Awards 2024.

The Enfranchisement and Right to Manage Awards, celebrated Excellence in the leasehold enfranchisement and right to manage industry for the 15th year on 11th July 2024 in the Leonardo Royal Hotel, St Paul’s London.

Emma Bush became Partner in the Property Litigation Team at Brethertons Solicitors in April 2024 and she specialises in contentious Residential Leasehold cases. Emma has over 9 years experience where she represents a variety of clients including freeholders, management and RTM companies, managing agents and leaseholders. Emma’s cases are listed across all levels of the judicial system in England and Wales, ranging from the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) and Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber) to the County Court, High Court, Court of Appeal and most recently the UK Supreme Court. We are delighted that Emma has received the recognition she deserves for her hard work and commitment to her clients, her work and our Firm.

Brethertons Solicitors were also awarded Highly Commended for Solicitors Firm of the Year and Abigail Laborero, Solicitor in the Residential Leasehold team was shortlisted for the Rising Star Award.
