We are delighted to announce that this year five Brethertonians have been named in the News on the Block Hot 100 list! News on the Block is a leading publication within the property management sector and its opinion holds great sway throughout the industry. The Hot 100 lists the most influential movers and shakers currently operating in the property management sphere.
Making the list is Roger Hardwick and Mark North, who have featured in every publication of the Hot 100 since its introduction in 2013, and featuring for the first time is Alison McCormack, Debbie Phillips and Sharan Dhadda.
Roger Hardwick, who recently won ERMA’s Solicitor of the year and regional professional of the year, is mentioned for his comprehensive knowledge of statutory lease extensions, collective enfranchisement claims and the enfranchisement of leasehold houses.
Mark North has been commended for his wealth of expertise in the property industry, playing a critical role in monitoring the firm’s high levels of client care.
Alison McCormack, who is a member of Brethertons executive committee, is responsible for spearheading the property strategy across all teams, determining firm policy and ensuring operational functions are represented at board level.
Debbie Phillips heads up the Property Management and Residential Leasehold teams at Brethertons. One of her strengths is scoping and delivering projects to Service Level Agreements and she has a great track record in client retention and growth.
Sharan Dhadda, who was highly commended as young professional of the year at the ERMAs 2017, specialises in landlord and tenant disputes, property litigation, breaches of lease and lease extensions to name a few.
