We are pleased to announce that we have once again been judged as one of the top debt recovery firms in the country after being short listed for two awards at the prestigious News on the Block Property Management Awards (PMAs) 2015.
We are proud to have been selected as a finalist in the Legal Services of the Year category. The entry focuses on the work of the Property Management Debt Recovery team in the recovery of residential leasehold property management charges from lessees. The team is supported by specialist legal advisors in the Residential Leasehold law team which deals with complex lessee and lease issues, and the Defended Litigation team which works on matters where the debt is challenged by the lessee.

The team act for hundreds of landlords and in particular have experience in property management, advising high net worth landlords throughout the UK as well as resident associations and leaseholders alike. We run a calendar of approximately 30 training webinars for the Association of Residential Managing Agents (ARMA), and hold an annual weekend conference, the Property Management Summit, which covers hot topics in the residential leasehold sector.
Secondly, we have been named a finalist in the Employer of the Year category. This category is new to the awards and the judges are looking for a firm that can demonstrate perfected corporate social responsibility, commitment to work / life balance and staff training, progression and career development opportunities, and overall work culture.

The Property Management Awards recognise and celebrate excellence in the UK Property Management industry, with each award assessed by an independent judging panel in advance of the ceremony. For the second year running, the organisers have put in place a public voting system which will count towards the choice of the overall winner.
