At a fabulous event on the 30th November 2021 at Old Billingsgate in London, the News on the Block Awards 2021 incorporated The Property Management Awards and The Enfranchisement & Right to Manage Awards. The awards recognise and celebrate excellence in the UK Property Management industry.
Senior Associate, Dani Green, has experience across a variety of residential leasehold areas where she assists a variety of clients including landlords, tenants, managing agents and management companies with their leasehold properties. Her work includes lease extensions, collective enfranchisements, right to manage claims, licences to alter and breach of lease disputes but to name a few. Dani provides excellent client service and communications. She understands the need to keep complex matters as straight forward as possible for her clients, to make it easy for them to understand their options. Dani is a well deserving winner for Young Professional of the Year and we are thrilled for Dani to get the recognition she deserves for her hard work.
The Legal Services Provider of the Year award focuses on the firm’s successful handling of debt recovery cases, best practice and excellence in client communications within the Property Management team. Our team work with a large portfolio of managing agents, management companies, freeholders and landlords to recover outstanding service charges, ground rent and other property related charges.
