Brethertons have been shortlisted as Family Law Firm of the Year for Midlands, Wales and the South.
The Family Law Awards brings the family law community together for its biggest night of the year, celebrating excellence, networking and recognising its vital contribution to society. Now in its twelfth year, the Family Law Awards recognise the important work of family lawyers, and celebrate their many successes and outstanding achievements.
This year, the LexisNexis Family Law Awards will be held on Monday 27 November 2023 at Park Plaza Westminster Bridge, London.
The shortlisted Firms and Lawyers were chosen by a judging panel made up of the heads of the Family Law Bar Association, Resolution, the Association of Lawyers for Children and the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives, along with Family Law editors and publishing professionals.
Brethertons are also thrilled to announce that Partner in the Family Law Team, Simon Craddock has also been shortlisted as International Family Lawyer of the Year.
Simon Craddock is a specialist in International Child Abduction law. He is one of only a handful of qualified lawyers in the UK who is a member of the International Child Abduction Hague Convention and Wardship panel and is highly experienced in child abduction law and qualified to take on this type of work. Simon is one of the few recommended solicitors endorsed by Reunite and ICACU. His Family Law expertise includes Ancillary Relief matters, and he has a deep understanding of international family law. Simon has many years of experience in this complex area of law and is a deeply respected and sought after solicitor both nationally and internationally.
The International Lawyer of the Year Award recognises an experienced solicitor who has made a major contribution to their field of family law. The highly respected judges look for an individual who has provided outstanding client service and demonstrated team work both within their firm and with external professionals.
