At a glittering ceremony on the 30th November 2017 at the Supernova in London, we were delighted to fight off tough competition to win the Arrears Recovery Company of the Year award. The News on the Block Property Management Awards, which are now in their 9th year, recognise and celebrate excellence in the UK Property Management industry.
Arrears Recovery of the Year was a new category for 2016 and we are thrilled to retain our title for the second year running. The award focuses on our successful Property Management team who work with a large portfolio of managing agents, management companies, freeholders and landlords to recover outstanding service charges, ground rent and other property related charges.
Head of Practice Area for Property Management, Debbie Phillips says of the award “I am so thrilled for my team, winning these awards and the recognition within the industry is testament to their outstanding commitment and customer service. They work so hard to achieve the very best results and I am very proud.”
