What happened when we got mystery shopped...
We have previously been nominated for the LFS Conveyancing Award for the Best Regional Firm. Unbeknown to us we were soon infiltrated by a cunning mystery shopper who sought to test our service to the limit.
We’re delighted to report that we did pretty well. So well, in fact, that we fought off stiff competition and won the award.
