Having worked in this field for over 20 years, I am experienced in various areas of Debt Recovery. I specialise in unpaid charges in respect of leasehold, freehold and commercial properties. I cover all aspects of recovery of Service Charges, Ground Rent, Insurance and Combined, Heating and Power (CHP). My role is to resolve leaseholder disputes, liaise with customers and build the on-going working relationship. I am responsible for two assistants who assist me in progressing customer matters to conclusion in the shortest possible time, recovering the unpaid charges in full to the satisfaction of the customer.
During my time at Brethertons I have achieved Level 2 & 3 NVQ in Team Leadership and Management. I am incredibly proud to be part of Brethertons’ success and am delighted with my achievements. I always strive to provide a high level of customer service to ensure that they have an excellent experience of Brethertons.
