I am a Qualified Solicitor and have worked mainly in Residential ‘Freehold’ before joining Bretherton’s. I have a passion to broaden my expertise within the Property field hence now working within the Residential ‘Leasehold’ Team covering the following:

Collective enfranchisement
Statutory and voluntary lease extensions
Deeds of Variations
Lease Compliance
Right of first refusal
Right to manage claims

I believe customer satisfaction to our clients is vital and we as a Team here at Bretherton’s work very hard in trying to achieve this. We offer ‘fixed fees’ to our customers so all costs are clear at the fore front of the Leasehold matter. Our team offer a clear strategy of the process in which the work is to be carried out and are always approachable in answering any questions our customers may ask.
