I am a Paralegal working within the Residential Leasehold team. Before Brethertons, I had worked similarly as a Paralegal inhouse in an engineering firm.
I studied Law at the University of Leicester in 2018, and then went on to do my LPC LLM at the University of Law in Birmingham.
Within the Residential leasehold team, I cover and support the following:
- Collective enfranchisement
- Statutory and voluntary lease extensions
- Deeds of Variations
- Business secretarial
- Right of first refusal
- Right to manage claims
Experience and accreditations:
- Law Degree (LLB) from the University of Leicester, with First Class Honours: 2018
- Legal Practice Course with Masters at commendation level: 2021
