I am a Paralegal supporting in the Property Management team in Rugby.
I joined Brethertons in 2012 as a Secretary in the Dispute Resolution team. In 2014 I was promoted within that team to Team Leader Administration & Secretarial Services. In 2017 I moved to our award winning Property Management team as Legal Assistant providing administrative support. In May 2024 I was promoted to Paralegal. My day to day role includes supporting our team from Partner to Executive Lawyer in all aspects of service charge, ground rent and insurance arrears recovery. Before joining Brethertons I was employed by Europe’s largest debt recovery company as Litigation Co-ordinator dealing with consumer credit arrears recovery.
Qualifications:
- OCR Clait (Computer Literacy & Information Processing)
- RSA Diploma Information Technology
- NVQ Diploma Business Administration (Information Processing Level 2)
- 30 years of working in a law firm, 25 of which in the litigation and arrears recovery sectors.
