I am responsible for recognising all opportunities and making recommendations to continuously improve on our support service standards, business processes, practices, and procedures and assist the business in the development and implementation of our corporate strategy at Brethertons.
An important part of the role is the ability to robustly manage important supplier relationships of the firm. This involves holding third parties to their contracted obligations, ensuring that service level agreements are always upheld and that quality of services provided remain at a satisfactory level.
I am also heavily involved in contract negotiations and if necessary, procurement management to replace failing suppliers with trusted competitors that can better meet the needs of the business.
I work closely with the Partnership Board and our internal stakeholders within the Operational and Legal Services teams, to ensure smooth delivery of all day-to-day support needs across our regional offices.
I have been with Brethertons since January 2014 and have been in my current position as Partner and Head of Legal Support since April 2019.
My role includes people and workflow management, supplier management, shared services management, business partnering models, building management, multi-channel delivery, continuous improvement, and project management.
I have been managing people since 1988 and have held senior operational management roles for the majority of those years. I am also one of a number Brethertons Mental Health First Aiders and have been since 2019.
