I work closely with my clients to effectively recover any outstanding debts to ensure that the client can effectively maintain the developments they manage. Reporting is regularly provided, and we meet frequently, building on existing relationships.
I joined Brethertons in 2010 as an office junior. I’ve been in the role of Debt Recovery Manager since 2012 and gained Associate status in April 2015. Whilst at Brethertons, I have been lucky enough to complete a Level 2 NVQ award in Team Leading and a Level 3 NVQ award in Management and I am currently studying to become an Associate at the Institute of Residential Property Management.
