I am a Paralegal in the Care Team supporting Lawyers with their cases which relate to children and involvement of Social Services. This includes representing parents at pre-proceedings meetings with Social Services and the Local Authority. I am also involved in the day to day preparing of cases for Hearings which involve taking instructions from Clients to prepare statements and liaising with Barristers and Experts who may be instructed.
