My day-to-day work involves assisting the conveyancer’s transactions to ensure they are completed efficiently and accurately. Typically, I progress the conveyancer’s transactions at various stages from taking clients initial instructions through to completion and post completion.
My current role is extremely rewarding helping clients fulfil their purchases, sales, re-mortgages and transfers of equity. To be able to give a very individual experience to clients, when it may seem daunting to them, is especially satisfying. I enjoy the variety of transactions I come across with no one conveyancing transaction being the same.
Having started my legal career at Brethertons, I have had great fortune in finding a firm which chooses to actively develop its own. As a result, I am currently studying for my level four CLC course which is furthering my knowledge in the world of conveyancing.
