Client Concierge

I am a Client Concierge within the Wills Trust and Probate team. My role is to take new enquiries and assist our clients with their journey here at Brethertons ensuring they feel they are in safe hands.

I am passionate about providing exceptional ‘client service’ and endeavour to guide and support our clients through what could be a difficult and emotional time.

An important part of my role is to ensure your first contact with Brethertons leaves you with complete confidence you have been listened to, understood, and introduced to the most appropriate specialist to support and guide you through your Legal needs.

I joined Brethertons in July 2019 as an Office Services Assistant, where I gained invaluable knowledge and confidence. In 2021 I progressed into the client concierge role within the Wills Trust and Probate team.

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with friends and family. My spare time consists of long walks with my dog, Tillie a little golden show cocker spaniel, who I adore. Or you will find me enjoying good food and socialising usually with a glass of fizz nearby.
