As a HR Senior Advisor I act as a point of contact for line managers and our Brethertonians, providing professional HR advice, coaching and support on the current HR policy to ensure consistent implementation across the firm. I also advise on matters relating to employee relations and play a pivotal role in assisting managers to effectively lead and develop their teams.
