We are pleased to announce that as of the 3rd September 2018, we have a Family Law Legal Aid franchise to cover the Warwickshire area with work being carried out from our Rugby office. This is an expansion from the Banbury office which has had the benefit of a Family Law Legal Aid contract since 1999.
Our Family Team has expertise in International Child Abduction and Care Proceedings together with further Family law matters including Domestic Violence, Children Act proceedings and Finances. The team’s expertise has been commended in both The Chambers and Partners UK Guide 2018 and The Legal 500 where they have been ranked as a top tier practice area. They have also previously won the West Midlands Family Law Firm of the Year award in 2016.
