Our acclaimed Residential Leasehold Law team is recognised as a leader in the field – we need your votes to cross the final hurdle!
We’re excited to announce that our specialist Residential Leasehold Law team has been shortlisted as finalists at News on the Block’s prestigious Enfranchisement and Right to Manage Awards!
The awards celebrate professional excellence in Enfranchisement and Right to Manage and recognise practitioners that have displayed an exceptional quality of work in the discipline. The awards are judged on a comprehensive set of criteria that includes quality of service, technical expertise, skill and knowledge in work undertaken and relevant case studies.
We’re finalists in the following categories:
• Solicitor of the Year – Roger Hardwick, Head of Residential Leasehold Law
• Solicitors Firm of the Year – Brethertons
• Regional Professional of the Year – Roger Hardwick
The judges of the awards said, “This year has been an exceedingly busy and demanding year with ever increasing interest in enfranchisement and right to manage claims. We received a significant amount of entries for this year’s Enfranchisement and Right to Manage Awards, demonstrating the dedication and passion (and competitive nature!) of those working in the industry. Practitioners have displayed and implemented an exceptional quality of work in the industry and we are looking forward to recognising and celebrating these high levels of performance with finalists on the night.”
The glittering awards ceremony will once again be held at London’s Shakespeare’s Globe on Thursday 4 June.
Roger Hardwick, Head of Residential Leasehold at Brethertons, said “This year, we’re up against some tough competition. The final part of the judging process involves a public vote. To get over the final hurdle and take home the award on the night, we need your votes to make it count! Voting is now open at https://www.bigpulse.com/112116/register. Please vote for us and make it the highlight of our year!”
