Brethertons’ Client Services team is celebrating once again after scooping the ‘Outstanding Client Service Award’ sponsored by Law League at this year’s prestigious 360 Legal Group Awards.
It is the eighth year that 360 Legal Group, which helps law firms across the UK manage and market their practices more successfully as businesses, has held the awards to find and recognise practices of all sizes for their achievements across the previous 12 months.
Brethertons was acknowledged for fully embracing the SRA Code of Conduct and placing client care at the forefront of its operations with an emphasis on treating clients fairly and providing them with the best possible information at all times. The firm was also commended for engaging with its clients in a manner which seeks to build long-lasting relationships with them and adding commercial value to their businesses.
Alison McCormack, Partner and Head of Client Services at Brethertons accepted the award at the glittering gala dinner, which took place at Chesford Grange, Warwickshire on Thursday 2 October 2014 said: “We are delighted our journey to become an outstanding client-centric legal services provider is being recognised and endorsed in this way. This award serves as proof of how far we have come in achieving this and how we mean to go on in the future.”
