Brethertons claims the hat trick

We are delighted to have beaten off tough competition to win at the Law Firm Services (LFS) Conveyancing Awards for the third time since 2012.

We have been announced as the 2015 ‘Regional Conveyancing Firm of the Year’ for both the South and South West regions. The success comes hot on the heels of winning the title for the East Midlands region in 2014 and 2012. We were also shortlisted for the same award in 2013.

The awards were judged by high profile industry representatives from the National Association of Estate Agents and Santander, and included practising conveyancing solicitors and such prominent figures as the inaugural chair of the RICS Residential Faculty, the manager of industry website Today’s Conveyancer, and both the current and previous Chief Executives of the Council for Licensed Conveyancers.

A comprehensive set of criteria was identified to judge the awards and to celebrate those legal firms across the country which offer a first rate conveyancing service. In order to win an award, firms had to proceed through a rigorous six stage process, which included a mystery shopping exercise and an interview.

The judges were impressed with our entry which covered challenges we have met and overcome, staff development and recognition, and business planning and preparation.

Steven Neasham, Managing Partner and Head of Property Law at the Bicester office, collected the award at a glittering gala dinner on Thursday 17 September at the Stadium MK in Milton Keynes. Steven enthused: “I am delighted that we have been acknowledged for our conveyancing expertise, and I am honoured that the client focus and attention to detail we bring to our clients at Brethertons has been recognised by winning this prestigious accolade.”

Our conveyancing services range from buying and selling properties to re-mortgages and transfers of equity. Our Conveyancing teams are available 8.30am-5.30pm Monday to Friday and 9.00am-12.30pm on Saturday.
