Brethertons LLP is proud and delighted to announce the firm’s double award win at the prestigious Enfranchisement and Right to Manage Awards (ERMA) 2014.
The regional and rapidly-expanding law firm was the big winner on the night, having being voted Regional Professional of the Year and Solicitors Firm of the Year, against competition from across England and Wales in this very niche sector of the industry.
Roger Hardwick, Head of Residential Leasehold Law at Brethertons, collected the awards at the glittering ceremony held at Shakespeare’s Globe in London on behalf of Brethertons.
The awards are judged on a comprehensive set of criteria that includes quality of service, technical expertise, skill and knowledge in work undertaken and relevant case studies.
Roger explained: “I am delighted to have won these awards. Enfranchisement and Residential Landlord and Tenant Law is my chosen specialism and I am honoured that the client focus and attention to detail we bring to our clients at Brethertons has been recognised in this way.”
Brethertons acts for hundreds of landlords and has particular expertise in property management, advising high net worth landlords throughout the UK as well as resident associations and leaseholders alike. Brethertons run a calendar of approximately 35 training webinars (online seminars) for the Association of Residential Managing Agents (ARMA). Each year, Brethertons holds the Property Management Summit which is a collaborative workshop aimed at Property Managers, and property management business owners and Directors who wish to refresh their technical expertise and to add to their CPD hours. Roger is a key speaker for this and other events for the property sector for organisations such as the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) and the Association of Retirement Housing Managers (ARHM).
Partner and Head of Client Services Alison McCormack said: “This is a fantastic achievement for both Roger and Brethertons. Winning this award continues to demonstrate our commitment to delivering exceptional service on behalf of our clients.”
