I qualified as a solicitor in 2008 and have specialised in Wills, Trusts, Probate, Powers of Attorney and estate administration since then. I assist customers in all of these areas, from the straightforward to the complex. I also qualified as a member of The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) in October 2014.
As a solicitor in this department, my areas of practice include the following:-
• Will drafting
• Estate administration and distribution, including inheritance tax calculations
• Intestacy administration
• Trust creation, administration and distribution
• Advice on all aspects of probate related UK taxation and reliefs
• Lasting Power of Attorney advice, completion and registration
• Court of Protection Deputy applications
I really enjoy my job and take great pride in my role – I am a compassionate, patient, diligent person and really value being able to work closely with my clients, understand their unique circumstances and provide support in what can be difficult personal matters to deal with.
Clients say that I “ask the right questions and propose clear unambiguous wording”, have “an immediate understanding”, deal with clients “empathetically and professionally” and provide “nothing but first-class service”.
I was ranked as a Key Lawyer in The Legal 500 2022 & 2023.
