Brethertons renew ALEP membership as specialists in leasehold enfranchisement.
Brethertons are pleased to confirm, that they have renewed their membership of the Association of Leasehold Enfranchisement Practitioners (ALEP), an organisation which exists to ensure that those conducting leasehold enfranchisement law adhere to agreed levels of conduct and service.
Leasehold enfranchisement includes lease extensions, freehold acquisitions and correction of management problems within leasehold properties. ALEP exists to ensure that practitioners involved in this section adhere to an agreed level of conduct and service.
ALEP confirms:- “Membership of this professional association is about a reassurance to leaseholders and freeholders that they can be sure of a consistently high level of service, integrity and professionalism”.
The Brethertons’ leasehold enfranchisement team consists of four lawyers led by Roger Hardwick (Partner), Dani Green (Senior Associate), Verity McMahon (Associate) and Emma Bush (Associate).
