This week, Brethertons welcomes new partner, Sarah Horton to its experienced Wills, Trusts and Probate team. Sarah joins Brethertons from Johnson & Gaunt where she was a Head of the Wills, Trusts and Probate department.
Sarah has over 10 years’ experience as a Private Client Solicitor and a well-established reputation within Banbury. She advises on Wills, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection, Trusts and Tax Planning for clients. Her breadth of knowledge and experience will complement the department and her personalised, solution-based approach is something Sarah is well known for in her field.
Sarah is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and Solicitors for the Elderly. Membership of these bodies brings confidence, respect and trust from both clients and the wider community.
Linda Jones, Director of Legal Services for Private Client at Brethertons says of the appointment, “Sarah brings with her a wealth of experience within the Wills, Trusts and Probate sector which will further improve this already very successful team and continue to help Brethertons provide the very best level of service to our clients. We look forward to welcoming and working with Sarah in her new role.”
