The team here at Brethertons is celebrating today after being recognised at the fourth Top in 100 Apprenticeship Employers list, announced at the National Apprenticeship Awards which took place during The Skills Show in Birmingham.
The Top 100 List, compiled annually by the National Apprenticeship Service in partnership with City & Guilds, recognises excellence in businesses that employ apprentices. It showcases the breadth of employers who now offer apprenticeships, and we are extremely proud that we are on such a prestigious list.
Apprentices are hugely important to our organisation and we are delighted that everyone’s hard work and dedication has been recognised in this way.
Our apprenticeship programme has been running for 13 years, and to date, has engaged 41 apprentices in Business Administration and Legal apprenticeships. For us, it is all about effective engagement and succession planning. By growing our own talent from a diverse pool of different backgrounds and potential, we are underpinning our future capabilities by effectively supporting business growth and seeing many of our apprentices realise their career prospects.
