I joined Brethertons in 1991 and was a receptionist for some time and then qualified as a Legal Secretary. I qualified in 2011 as a Commercial Property Paralegal.
I now work in the Residential Team as a Residential Paralegal. My day-to-day work involves assisting the conveyancer’s transactions to ensure they are completed efficiently and accurately. Typically, I progress the conveyancer’s transactions at various stages from taking clients initial instructions through to completion and post completion.
My current role is extremely rewarding helping clients fulfil their purchases, sales, re-mortgages and transfers of equity. To be able to give a very individual experience to clients, when it may seem daunting to them, is especially satisfying. I enjoy the variety of transactions I come across with no one conveyancing transaction being the same.
