I advise on all aspects of family law. The majority of my practise concerns the resolution of financial disputes arising for individuals who are going through a separation or a divorce. I am routinely instructed in cases involving the division of properties, businesses, investments, pensions, overseas assets, about spousal maintenance, and more. Often those matters can be resolved without court litigation, but sometimes that is not possible and a more robust approach is required. We will work together at planning and agreeing the right approach for you, at what might likely be a very difficult time for you.
My other specialisms include Prenuptial and Postnuptial Agreements, often with an international element. I am routinely instructed in matters where non-married couples separate and there is a dispute about the division of a property, or about financial applications for the benefit of children. Putting my client’s best interests first means that I am regularly instructed to secure interim financial orders, freezing orders, injunctions, maintenance pending suit orders and legal services payments orders. We will consider whether this is appropriate for you based on your circumstances.
My clients come from all walks of life. I act for a wide range of individuals and their partners. That includes high net worth professionals, entrepreneurs, and figures from both the public and private sectors. My clients are based locally, nationally and internationally. Meetings are conducted by videocall, telephone or in-person; whatever works best for you. I am yet to come across someone who has not benefitted from at least having an initial discussion about their family law circumstances. My aim is to give clear and frank advice to help my clients make fully informed decisions about their best interests. We will identify and discuss what the right choices are for you, and work to reach the right solution for you.
